We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver there. Some remote regions may require additional transit time.
Restricted items
Due to size and weight, some cases may have shipping restrictions to certain locations. If a shipping method is unavailable for your address, you will see an error at checkout. Contact support for assistance with large orders.
Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, value-added tax, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.
Customs documentation
We accurately declare the value and description of goods on all customs forms. We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce declared values to avoid customs fees.
Delivery to PO boxes
We generally recommend shipping to a physical address where someone can receive the package. Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, and our cases are too large for most standard mailbox facilities.
Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
